Our Servant Leader Program is designed for young adults looking to serve the broken and gain hands-on leadership experience in the context of community.
The Servant Leader Program is a one-year discipleship program designed to equip you to be a follower of Jesus Christ and a leader of others. Servant Leaders learn how to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in our Resident Recovery Program, learning leadership skills and how to provide Christ-like care for others.
In the process of leading and serving men and women bound in addiction, you will grow through:
Live out God’s call on your life to love others like Jesus in our discipleship program, and learn to serve others in a way that will benefit you no matter where the Lord leads you.
Each day you’ll learn what it means to “pick up your cross” and follow Christ in meaningful and joyful ways, preparing you for practical church ministry.
Our free discipleship and ministry training program helps you experience true ministry by loving people for God’s glory and developing in maturity and spirituality.
Care for hurting men and women through the same love and hope that Christ offers you.
Over our one-year discipleship program, His Mansion provides a community that is committed to helping you pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus as you do the same for others.
At His Mansion, you get to take part in the most fulfilling work: planting the seeds of the Gospel and seeing lives transform. This practical ministry training is for you if you want to invest in the lives of men and women in a way that creates the hope and change of Jesus in their lives.
Our program provides housing, dining, and a monthly stipend.
We’re committed to giving you the training and support you need to not only be an effective leader in the program, but to foster your walk with Christ throughout your life and ministry.
The SL Program gave me a deeper understanding of how to journey alongside those who are hurting and pushed me to serve others with greater humility and self-denial. Being able to hear the Residents’ stories and learn from them helped me to daily see God’s powerful work of redemption.
Looking back there was something about most of them that offered the beauty of being broken and imperfect. In the end, they were exactly the type of guys that I needed to be my true, authentic self. They loved me and accepted me where I was at.
Join our one-year discipleship training program and learn to love others with the love of Christ.
In our newsletters, Servant Leaders share how God pursued and grew them over their year on The Hill, both in their walk with Jesus and in leading others. Read their stories.
