The short version

This website collects the information you type into the contact form, and standard analytics about how pages are used. We do not sell it. It reaches the ministry, and it passes through the services that make the site work: Resend, which sends the notification email; Emprise Digital, the agency that builds and runs this site and its chat assistant, whose systems record that the inquiry arrived; Cloudflare, which hosts the site and screens the form for automated abuse; and Google, whose analytics are described below. Nobody else.

The application form is separate

The Resident Recovery Program application is not on this website. It is hosted by FormAssembly at tfaforms.com, and what you enter there goes to His Mansion Ministries, not to this site or to Emprise Digital. It asks for far more than the contact form does, including history of substance use, health and medication information, and criminal history.

Because it is a different service, this policy does not govern it. If you want to know how that information is stored, who at the ministry can see it, or how long it is kept, call the office on (603) 464-5555 and ask before you fill it in. That is a fair question and they are used to it.

What the contact form collects

The form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email and a message. That is sent to His Mansion Ministries by email so someone can get back to you. It is also recorded so we know the inquiry arrived.

Along with what you type, the form sends the page you were on, the page that referred you, and any campaign identifiers that were in the web address if you arrived from an advertisement. That tells us which parts of the site are helping people reach us.

Those campaign identifiers are stored in your browser as soon as you arrive, before you type anything and whether or not you ever send the form, and they are kept for 90 days. If you never contact us they are never sent anywhere; they simply expire.

When the form is sent, your network address is included with it. That is a normal part of how the internet works and it is used to tell real inquiries from automated abuse, but it is more than what you typed, so it is named here rather than glossed over.

Please do not use the form in a crisis. It is email, not a secure channel, and nobody watches it around the clock. If you are in immediate danger call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. To speak to someone at His Mansion, call (603) 464-5555.

The box at the end of the form asks whether there is anything you want us to know before we call. It is not the place for medical, medication or legal details, and the form says so where you type. Someone from the ministry will ask what they need to know on the phone, where the conversation belongs.

The newsletter sign-up

The newsletter sign-up, on its own page and in the footer of every page, asks for your name and your email address. It does not ask for a phone number. Your address is used to send you the monthly newsletter and nothing else, and every issue carries a way to stop receiving it.

The chat assistant

The chat window is an automated assistant. It is run for the ministry by Emprise Digital on emprisedigital.co, so opening a page here contacts that address, and conversations are stored there so the ministry can see what people ask and improve the answers. Please do not enter anything in the chat you would not want recorded, and treat it the same way as the form: it is not a counselor, and it is not monitored in an emergency.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages people find useful. There is no advertising or remarketing tag on this site, and no social-media pixel. These set cookies in your browser. They record pages viewed, approximate location from your network address, and the device and browser you are using. Your browser settings can block them, and the site works without them.

What we do with that is narrow. We count how many people read a page, whether they went on to call or send the form, and which pages they came from. The ministry advertises through a Google Ad Grant, and this is how we tell whether the money is reaching people who are looking for help. Google's own advertising personalization is switched off on this site, and analytics data expires after 14 months.

Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact form to tell people from automated abuse. It checks the browser, not your identity.

What we share with Google about an inquiry

When someone sends the inquiry form after clicking one of the ministry's ads, we plan to send Google a scrambled copy of the email address and phone number on that form. Scrambled means one way: it cannot be turned back into your address or your number, and it is used only to confirm that the inquiry came from the click Google already recorded. The industry name for it is enhanced conversions.

This is not switched on yet, and it will cover the inquiry form only. A newsletter sign-up is never included. Google is never sent what you typed in the message box, anything about health, medication or a legal situation, or who the inquiry is for.

We also build no advertising audience out of anything here. There is no remarketing list, and nobody who contacts the ministry through this site is added to a list used to target advertising anywhere.

If you would rather we did not send even the scrambled version, say so and we will leave your inquiry out of it. Write to sergio@emprisedigital.co. Sergio Vasquez is the technical manager at Emprise Digital, and that address reaches a person who can act on it.

How long anything is kept

Inquiries are kept as long as they are useful to the ministry for following up with the person who sent them. Chat conversations are kept for 90 days. Campaign identifiers stored in your browser expire after 90 days. Analytics data expires after 14 months. If you would like an inquiry deleted, ask and it will be, either at the ministry or at sergio@emprisedigital.co.

Other sites

The online store runs on Squarespace, not on this site, and has its own privacy terms. Links to Google, social media and other organizations leave this site, and what those services do is governed by their own policies.
