Courtney Jones

Executive Director

Courtney Jones is the Executive Director at His Mansion. He has served in the ministry in several capacities including counselor, teacher, Director of Programs, and most recently as the Chief Operating Officer. Having been led to His Mansion in 2009 when he entered the Resident Program, the Lord used this time to turn Courtney’s life around and in the process, opened doors for Courtney to join the staff.

The call to serve and minister at His Mansion has been a blessing to Courtney in many ways. He and his wife, Noelle, met at the ministry while she served as a counselor and instructor. They married in 2015 and have since had three beautiful children.

Director of Operations

Armand Paladino serves as the Director of Operations at His Mansion. Armand has served in various roles of ministry, which include: Area Director of a Men’s Discipleship ministry, Church Elder, ministry boards, and multiple church ministry roles. Also, he brings a wealth of knowledge to His Mansion with his background in Operations, Administration and facility management, both in ministry and secular environments.

Armand believes the work projects at His Mansion provide a great opportunity for discipleship with staff and residents. Armand and his wife, Madeline, have been married since 1987, and have four children and five grandchildren.

David McHale, Director of Men’s Care and Formation at His Mansion

Director of Men’s Care and Formation

David McHale serves as the Director of Men’s Care & Formation at His Mansion. He began his ministry at His Mansion in 2012, where from 2012 to 2020 he helped develop the Servant Leader Program and served as a steward of its formational purpose. In 2020, David and his wife, Jaime, discerned a call to pastoral ministry in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

David served for five years as Associate Pastor of Community & Corporate Worship at Community Evangelical Free Church. In 2025, David, along with Jaime and their daughter, Emma, returned to His Mansion to serve on the director team.

David is passionate about seeing men restored from bondage and brokenness through the love of God in Jesus Christ, stewarding his training in counseling and ministry leadership toward that end.

Amy Gaudet, Director of Women’s Care and Formation at His Mansion

Amy Gaudet

Director of Women’s Care and Formation

Amy serves as the Director of Women's Care & Formation at His Mansion. She is the blessed wife of Ken and mother to their three married sons, all of whom love Jesus. In early 2025, Amy came to the ministry with her husband Ken. She first served as a counselor before stepping into her current role as a director. Previously, she directed the post-abortion healing ministry at Clearway Clinic, a medical pregnancy center in MA.

Amy graduated with an MSW from Simmons College in 1996 and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (L.I.C.S.W.) with 30 years of psychotherapy experience. She is certified in complex trauma treatment and specializes in grief and loss, having worked with individuals, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, residential, inpatient, and private practice settings.

Amy marvels at the preparation that the Lord provided her for such a time as this and is overjoyed to share the hope of Jesus with those who come to His Mansion.
