Who the program is for

What age do you accept into the Resident Recovery Program?

The Resident Recovery Program is for men and women ages 18 to 40 and up. Applicants over 40 are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we recommend you still apply. The application process is used to determine if His Mansion is the right environment for you.

Do I have to be a Christian to come?

No, you do not have to be a Christian to join the recovery program. The program is Christ-centered and we do ask that you be open to a Christian approach.

Can I come if I am on parole or probation?

You can come on parole or probation if it can be worked out with your officer. You cannot, however, be court ordered to His Mansion.

Mental health, detox and medication

Do you accept people with mental health issues?

Yes, many of the Residents in the program have mental health conditions. However, His Mansion is not a medical or clinical facility. The application process will help us to gain a better understanding of your mental health history and determine if His Mansion is the right environment for you.

What it costs

What does it cost?

His Mansion is donor funded and does not generate revenue through its programs. Despite excellent care and accommodations, His Mansion is, by design, affordable for all. A year's stay in the recovery program typically costs less than $1,000. Additionally, each Resident is required to have a Sponsor who provides $50 per month for personal expenses. For more information about program costs, call (603) 464-5555.

Does His Mansion take or require insurance?

No, His Mansion does not take or require insurance to participate in the recovery program. Since His Mansion is donor funded, and not a medical facility, insurance is not necessary to cover the costs of His Mansion's programs. Should personal health needs arise during your stay at His Mansion, your insurance and health needs are between you and the health provider you see.
