His Mansion is looking for men and women called to ministry to join our staff on The Hill.

Our open positions are, first and foremost, ministry positions. Each position is responsible not only for its own work, but for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life.

Employment provides a hybrid compensation package that includes housing and supplemental income.

Men’s Counselor

  • Meet individually with Residents
  • Lead groups
  • Teach classes with topics that include addiction/recovery, healthy relating, the Bible, etc.

Applicants should have Master’s level training in either counseling, psychology, social work, or ministry, and at least 2 years of experience in a clinical or ministry setting. Please send your resumes or inquiries to davidm@hismansion.com.

External Relations Coordinator

The External Relations Coordinator position is an opportunity to build ministry connections, cultivate partnerships, and expand awareness of His Mansion’s mission and ministry.

  • Advocate on behalf of His Mansion through representing the ministry at events, conferences, and gatherings.
  • Create new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with churches, schools, organizations, and other partners.
  • Build recruiting networks for the Servant Leader Program and staffing opportunities at His Mansion.
  • Increase His Mansion’s presence in recovery networks and communities.
